About the Festival
The Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Music Festival is held on the Pennsy Trail which is located in Historic Downtown Greenfield, Indiana. The fair features quality artists, live music, children's art activities, great local food, art demonstrations, and a winery. Admission and parking are both free.
The event was created to link the arts, local community, and local social service needs. Proceeds from the Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Music Festival benefit the non-profit organization: Mental Health America of Hancock County, a United Way of Central Indiana Agency.
